We decided in late 2018 to combine our love of traveling the South with our passion for cooking with an emphasis on the art of slow smoking BBQ cuisine. We began under a tent & small pull behind smoker & applied for the local city market. To our surprise we where chose to be a vendor in 2019. Quickly our fan base grew by word of mouth and within 3 months we where able to expand to the 28' food truck we use today!
